In Rockwall and the neighboring communities, Polar Bear Pool Care provides Gold Star pool maintenance services. We provide a premium weekly pool cleaning service that includes chemicals and labor for most pools pending a one time Startup charge and then an agreed upon monthly term. Our Gold Star package includes a consultation with the owner/operator on-site to discuss the particular requirements of your pool, a thorough filter clean, a thorough equipment check, and labeling of your equipment. Weekly packages are priced on pools UP TO 30K gallons. Pools 30K Gallons to 40K are an additional $10 Per week and or appointment.
Silver Star Weekly Service

Gold Star Weekly Service
Test/Balance Water. Empty pool skimmer, pump basket and cleaner catch. Backwash filter. Brush pool wall and tile. Vacuum as needed. Net/Skim Surface. Check all vital points of equipment. Weekly emails recapping each visit to include photos and water chemistry readings.

One Time Filter Clean
Cleaning your filter is an important part of your pool’s operation. Our professionals will carefully examine all elements during this process to look for any problems including cracks, tears, or missing pieces. This generally applies to cartridge and D.E. pool filters. Any problems will be brought to the homeowners’ quick attention.

One Time Cleaning
Some of our clients merely need a one-time cleaning to help restore the condition of their swimming pool. Many pools can be serviced in 2 to 3 hours, though it can take several trips.
